Simonne Bailey appointed Co-CEO

Light Project is excited to announce Simonne Bailey as Co-CEO. Simonne brings a wealth of global property and construction experience, coupled with her proven track record in business strategy and organisational transformation. Simonne is a thought leader and futurist with a passion for socially sustainable and commercially successful outcomes across our communities.

Prior to joining Light Project, Simonne was Global Head of Strategy and Managing Director of JAHAMA Australia at GFG Alliance and was responsible for managing the group’s extensive property portfolio as well as leading new development concepts incorporating sustainable supply chain methodologies. Prior to GFG, Simonne lead Lendlease’s Connected Living business which created a new integrated business to design and deliver large scale social and affordable housing, which recently completed Gibbon’s Street Project for SGCH in Redfern, setting a new precedent for social housing in Australia.
