Light Project Collective 2022
After a number of challenging years filled with travel restrictions and online meetings it was fantastic to finally be able to bring our Light Project team together in Sydney for our annual Collective.
Despite having worked together for years, for a few people in the team, it was their first time meeting face to face. Together we took the chance to relearn Light Project’s history, celebrate its legacy, consider new opportunities and ways of thinking, and share the knowledge, experience and lessons learnt over recent times.
We are working on some incredible projects and our team is so much greater than the sum of its parts. We have a collective passion in delivering the best lighting solutions and the team thrives on collaborating with our clients and assisting them to reach the best and most effective outcome.
The team also had the privilege of welcoming Dr Brandon Gien, CEO of Good Design Australia, Chair of the Australian Design Awards and Deputy Chair of the Australian Design Council to talk about what defines good design and the importance of design thinking when approaching a problem. As solution providers he stressed the importance of defining and questioning the problem to ensure the right solution is designed and delivered. 
The Light Project team are thinking bright and feel inspired after a few days of collective time. We cannot wait to catch up with our valuable customers and partners and learn how we can best work with you to achieve your project goals.
